How we work

We are a collective because our sector is all about people coming together as more than the sum of their parts. By pooling our knowledge and experience, we can pull together a multi-disciplinary team and tailor our services to your exact needs and add even more value. We do this by careful listening and getting to understand you aims and objectives (and the things keeping you up at night!)

This means you can be sure you get a solution that will work.

There are five main strands to our work:

Developing and implementing supporter journeys

We work with you to design and implement supporter journeys that work. We have a process that has delivered journeys and experiences that have doubled retention in some cases and improved lifetime value by 40%.

Developing new fundraising products and campaigns

Everyone is always on the look-out for the next big thing in fundraising! We can’t promise you that, but we can work with you to gather insight, develop ideas, prototype them and then launch fundraising products and campaigns. Using agile methodology adapted from the tech sector, our approach to innovation is to think big, but start small; to fail fast, but scale successes quickly.

Culture
