Bite Size Tips: Gathering feedback from your supporters

In today’s video, Craig shares two examples of being asked for feedback.

The first one features a simple slip that was placed in a Amazon parcel when it was delivered. It encouraged people to send in good or bad feedback on the product. It set step-by-step on how to leave feedback and was full of customer-centric language: ‘We’re very responsive and aim to reply to your query within 12 hours.’

The second one came from Everton in the Community after I donated part of my season-ticket refund to them. At the end of the email they asked two questions asking for feedback on why I gave and what areas I’d be interested in hearing more about.

Thank you to everyone who has watched our session at #IOFNC this week and got in touch. If you registered for convention then you can still watch it on demand. We’ve also put together a worksheet that you can find here.
